    I was impressed by the service on the concourse yesterday. Got in ground about 20 minutes before kick off so time for a quick pint. Joined the queue which quickly moved. Why ? Because they were pulling pints in readiness for thirsty punters and not waiting to be asked.
    It?s not rocket science and it?s not difficult to implement.
    Our club need to wise up. They?re losing money due to the frankly very poor service offered at our place.
    I?m in the East Stand and the match day experience on the concourse is sub optimal.

    Where do you purchase a ticket for Bromley away? Nothing on our website or theirs as far as I can see ?
