Hemming
Lewis Dunkley McFadzean Tanton
Stirk Dibley-Dias
Markanday Butterfield? Dobra
Bonis
subs Grigg, Naylor, Grimes, Gordon, Duffy, Elliot, Boot,
presuming that Mandeville will be out and that Madden will be unavailable. I'd probably have Mandeville in the central '10' if he was fit.
Looks a decent side IMO. A bit harsh on Sheckleford from the two pre-season games and (from yesterday) Colclough. I'm not fan of Fleck (from his performances last season and in pre-season so far) but realise that I may be in the minority of fans with that opinion. CH and the central '10' could benefit from some upgrades. I liked the look of Butterfield though and reckon he's squad standard. Ditto Elliot from very limited viewing. Just my thoughts as of today.
It looks a much better squad than last season.

Inverted fullbacks cutting in and shooting could be our secret weapon next season!
On the forwards, its going to be interesting to see how Bonis and Grigg are to be used. I know its tempting to say we paid good money for Bonis so he'll be in there as first choice, but I don't know if it will be as simple as that since Grigg still has plenty to offer. I wonder if it will be a case of Bonis away and Grigg at home as starters (with each to replace the other for the last 20) to make sure that Grigg isn't overworked and give him the best chance of working through the entire season

Thoughts from last night regarding Bonis,he looks a bit of a beast, not in stature but in attitude. He seems to be like Grigg,in that he has a lot more to offer than just goals,he obviously has skill, pace,a footballing brain and no cause is lost until the whistle blows.A season of that from him and he will have been a top signing.

This would be my choice but dives on the left, Markanday on the right and Duffy central with the three interchanging positions regularly as each offers something different and cause an opposition defender a different headache.

If he gets a deal will he start in defence?
Just wondering

Danny Webb confirmed he was after the match last night but said he had a slight niggle suggesting that otherwise he'd have been involved as a triallist.

Do any other clubs get as many niggles as us? Did markandy miss out last night because of one too?

Agree with that other than left back. Lewis will quickly show he’s a much better option.
