He’s played well today. Admittedly against a dejected button side but given free rein to play across the front behind Bonis has suited him, some very good touches, linked up play and created a couple of decent chances for himself.
I think he’ll be a big player for us this season.

Duffy is no doubt seen as more 'reliable'. A regular 6/7 out of 10. Colclough has frequently been a 4/5 and occasionally an 8. I'd love to see a fully fit and focused Colclough and think there's space for him still.

Would say they were both a mix but first half team was probably the weaker of the two
Boot - 2nd GK
Jessop - 8th RB
Trialist CM
Hobson - on the way out
Coco - on the way out but sounds like he's given Cookie food for thought
Elliot - youth player

In reality it's hard to gauge the significance of this result, if any. More fitness in the less and seemingly more for the management team to digest.

Your right colclough has been shit, but if he can get his head and get fit there’s a proper talent

Also moved to Brim and accepted lesser terms as he's settled locally?
Can anyone confirm?

He’s under contract. Had a year triggered with 25 appearances. Doesn't mean Cook wants him though. Personally thing his number being given to Duffy says everything we need to know. Issue is, shifting him with a court case that could send him down may be difficult.

I don't think anyone doubts that. He's an absolute pleasure to watch when he's out wide and beats a man from a standing start with a little shimmy. Unfortunately more often then not the resulting shot/cross ends up being a danger to low flying pigeons. Can that be fixed at his age?

Unless he faces a custodial sentence and then gets his contract cancelled?
Difficult time for both player and club?

Isn’t his court case virtually at the end of this season?
If we are looking to move him out then it might be by way of a loan move rather than a permanent one.
Personally, I need to see a big improvement in Duffy’s performances before I would consider him in front of Colclough.
