You’ve no idea if he’s being paid and if so, how much. Best to leave the managing of staff to the people who know what they’re doing rather than thick gobshites.

In reality I doubt we are much different to many clubs at our level. Times have changed from just having a couple of backroom staff and pre season being made to do numerous laps of local parks!

Really pleased you're concerned about other peoples finances.
There's a lovely old couple across the road from me, both on state pension. They're considering buying a new Corsa. I suspect they're living beyond their means. Perhaps you could use your financial expertise and advise them otherwise.

While they look well-covered on the technical scouting front, there is plainly an immediate need for more staff in the artistic scouting department.
