They know how to celebrate in France. Lootings, stabbings and setting cars on fire. Just lads being lads.

Would that be Parisians apparently rioting before the match even started?
Football riots? Really?

Probably best not to delve too deeply into these, erm football riots, on the thread of a football match.
Apologies, my fault.

Who've the Parisiens got to fight against?

The Eiffel Tower cannot fight back...

Not like Belgrade, Dundee or, er, Nottingham actually - no local rivals...

In fact the French league is a bit dog poo. Outside of the top three or four, what strength is there?

Even Mansfield get better gates. Do the research and you'll see.

There will actually be a Paris local derby in Ligue 1 next season after Paris FC, who have some fairly wealthy backers apparently, were promoted this season and by local i mean local. The new Paris FC ground is stones throw away from the Parc De Princes for someone who cant even throw very well.

You can just imagine the PSG owners deciding to buy up their rivals' stadium in order to demolish it and build a bigger stand.
These go to eleven.

Suspect that would be a battle as the Paris FC ownership is well off shall we say. Just over 50% of the ownership is under a french family headed by Bernard Arnault who is currently 6th on the worlds richest people list with a paltry $143b to his name! Red Bull have a stake as well then some other rich french bloke has about 30%.

Pocket change to the Qatari slavers.

They might have wealthy owners, but Luis Enrique has built a team without any superstar names, the football they play is brilliant, only villa I've seen cause them any problems, even then they had chances on the counter, Hakimi the wing back is quality, probably the best wingback in the world at the mo, he makes TAA look league 1 standard.
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

If Villa hadn’t conceded the very late third in the first leg they’d have beaten them. Ifs and buts, bit Villa caused them real problems.
Very good side but not sure they’re the second coming of football teams.
