Interesting that Neville and Dyche are questioning strongly the ‘pass it around the back’ philosophy. As of course they have done before.
There does seem to be a growing antipathy towards the principle.
Personally on the fence but are we seeing a change in philosophy. I would certainly like to see an end to the pass it around the back - then under pressure back to the keeper who boots it up over the halfway line to no one in particular.

Stuff like this makes me realize just how little anyone in the media cares about football as a whole. Could have been so many interesting topics to discuss on his playing time but all anyone on there cares about are formations and owners.

I quite enjoy listening to Dyche. If you have time his chat on the High Performance Podcast is pretty good too. Intelligent bloke (if you can put up with Jake Humphrey)
