Of course we will play 4231 but that’s also what they have trained successfully to nulify 3 times this season

Whoever plays off of Dobra could be key.

Walsall are the only side in the league fixture at our place that almost completely nullified him. Full back pushed him wide where Dobra didn’t want to go and if he did manage to cut inside he was snuffed out time and again by the midfielder doubling up.

They doubled up on him straight away when he came on last Sunday.

They obviously recognise his threat but it’ll be key who can operate effectively in the space created by them.

We just need to move the ball quicker, they double up on all our dangerous players as we tend to hold the ball too long, we just gotta play 1 or 2 touch stuff, keep the ball moving much quicker and get it in the box faster..
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

Fleetwood managed to put 6 past Simpkin at the Bescot stadium earlier in the season so they showed that he is not always as sure of himself when things start to go wrong

He wasnt brilliant in the league game at our place earlier in the season. Didnt he pick up a backpass to give us an indirect free kick that he then made a meal of for Oldaker to score from it and at times on Sunday there was hesitation between him and the central defenders that caused some issues.

Dobra’s strength is carrying the ball. He’s never going to look for a quick pass.

Walsall noticeably stifled him with two men immediately, something that was clearly customed to how they managed him.

In the league game it was extremely apparent. Dobra was on the left, they were allowing him the run of the touch line knowing he isn’t going to beat them on the outside but the second he attempted to move into territory where he is very dangerous inside, he was smothered.

Maybe the part of the game that Dobra lacks is his ability when this happens to recognise others occupying space that’s been left?

As always looking forward to it, slightly disappointed I won't be there but Sky has spared me the journey (albeit a fairly short hop down the M6).

No reason why we can't turn this around, but as always it depends on which Chesterfield turns up.

Yeah and if we lose the ball and get hit on the break it's tough shit, got to gamble

They will struggle to double up on Dobra and Olakigbe if we are on it

There’s not even a slight bit of me that thinks we’ll turn this one around but it’s certainly helping with the nerves. Nothing to lose for us whatsoever.

As others have said, a goal in the first 20 and the entire atmosphere in the stadium will change. Groans every time they misplace a pass etc. Think if we are going to do it, that simply has to happen.

We're being directed to the hotel bar close to the ground but I'm not going there. Me and my lad are aiming for a Desi pub for a tandoori mixed grill time permitting.

Sorry, 'we' being a reference to what the club shared yesterday.

I don't have Sky, so I'm weighing up whether to go to the ground or not to watch it on the screen. It's either that or follow it on here.

My youngest wants to go to the ground to watch it plus one of the dogs acts up when I have the game on at home so I'm glad it's an option. Just hope it all works right
Here we go again!

I know what you mean but I'm not sure we have to get an early goal, what we do have to do is keep the ball out of our net, imagine how nervous they become if we get to 1-2 on say the 75th minute,
