If it keeps Stockport in L1 so we could face them then good, rather a short trip to Outer Manchester than Inner London!

Imagine that was us on Sunday ! Not even marginal and a whole season could hinge on the incompetence of officials .Nothing good about it for me.

It is a very faint touch and not overly clear even on TV with a lot being taken from the fact the Stockport player has missed the header as much as it’s clear the orient player headed it.

Christ I hope ours aren't like this against us. He was looking right at it

You can tell it was a foul by the Stockport player gesturing to a spot just outside the box, as if to say "I fouled him outside!"

Yeah true, if we were to get to Wembley at any point whether that be next week or in the future i’d not dare celebrate a goal properly, I’m still scarred from my first live var experience when I went to Portugal to watch England in the nations league against Netherlands. Jesse lingaard little toe offside in the last few minutes. The pile on I received whilst celebrating turned out to be a pointless exercise.

I wouldn't rule out the possibility that he was levelling up on his missing the first Orient offside plus goal. It happens - they bend to the pressure and are even swayed by the crowd - humans not robots.

It’s 100% clear he’s flicked it on

Dave challinor says the ref's told him he saw the flick on. If true, that's even worse on how they dealt with it. Simple conversation and they'd have the right decision

Completely agree. If somebody gifted me a PL ticket free of charge, I'd give it away (maybe flog it). The whole essence if football is it's pace, excitement and immediacy, which VAR throws a barrel of cold water over; it's absolutely rubbish and needs totally scrapping immediately.

Totally agree as well. The only thing I would keep VAR far is clear mistakes over red card decisions.
