that was bonkers. logged on as the notification came up. clicked on the family offer within 10 seconds. couldnt get two. then got one. watching the wheel go around for 5 minutes after putting in payment details - basket expired. wheel still going around.

Thankfully I was able to call up and they manually did it as I had the tickets in the basket but just couldn't check out due to the error message. If I'd not got through I'd have left it and given up.
