He knows his stuff that lad. Seems a nice chap.

He is only a young lad early twenties but has good knowledge of Lower leagues and EFL and he is a massive Notts County fan

Game is at 10.30pm my time so I've had the whole day to sit through. So nervous.

Since Lowe left they average a goal a game and won only 2 - against us and Accrington Stanley

Their form is awful and they will be far more nervous than we will be.

And Crewe last game

I've "followed" him on twitter for the last few years. Was really knowledgeable about the non league scene while us and county were down there. Really level headed too

I know sport is all about tension and drama etc but I really don't want to go through all that. Please just give as an anti climactic, drama free 4-0 win or something. Celebrations are always more wild when it's close and tense but screw all that, let's just have a boring, no drama play off run!

About 20 of us in Albufeira watching the game. Quite a few of us ST holders on a stag do…gutted to be missing it but also going to enjoy watching it together as a group of mates.

Strangely not that nervous, just think we have come a long way, we are making our way back, and if it’s not this season it will be soon. We’ve snook in, nothing to lose, in a bit of form so let’s see where we end up.

I think the one that SHOULD be the case is that after this game it will still be all to play for in the next game even if we don't get exactly what we want from today

I'm nervous but I'm not sure why. Think we'll go up automatically next year if we don't go up this time so it should be a good season. But the elevation of being in league 1 will give us a higher calibre of player to watch and push us on quicker.

So I suppose it's the inpatient side of me that really wants us to do it this month.

There's potentially some good local games in league 1 next year and it would be great to get the latest laugh in over Notts though.

County aren’t out of it yet. A one goal deficit against a side that doesn’t score many could mean a tight second leg and County to score this time, aggregate finish of 1-1, and win on penalties.

As much as I’d like us to open up a clear goal advantage today it has to remembered the tie is over 2 legs so it is equally important that we do not gift them too much of a cushion to take home with them.

Milage wise there's a very real possibility that Harrogate could be our closest fixture next season, which is pretty disgusting

Currently in Blackpool just about to embark on a bit of swimming with the bin lids in the Sand Castle, then mad dash back in time for kick off.

Had to come here in 2 separate cars, so the missus and kids can stay on for a few hours and I can complete my special mission.

Pray for no traffic. The dilemma is via Stockport or M62/M1. Decisions decisions….

Neither lol, take the m56 right to the airport then the new A555 to south of Hazel Grive, cut out Stockport altogether. Should take no more than an hour from the airport to town.

Crewe must be nearer that Harrogate. Surely?

Yep, quite possible.
One good thing is that they have play McGoldrick even if he's only half fit 'cos he's their best route to a goal.

Anybody heard owt on whether they'll appeal Jatta? They'll presumably be thinking that they've got nowt to lose. Notwithstanding an appeal, how many games will he miss?
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I'm relaxing listening to Planet Rock, whilst watching the Newcastle v Chelsea game. I'll enjoy the game no matter what and think back to all what's happened at the club this season. The good, the bad, and the very bad, and we've come through it to reach the playoffs. I love this club, the board, management, players and the fans. I maybe a soppy old so and so but I'm not making any apologies so come on you blues.
