Albeit an accurate assessment, Lord Justice Snell would consider this to be a 'snide' criticism of Paul Cook - a player being assigned to an unfamiliar position; thus, concluding in a negative outcome for the team (which it did, on more than one occasion).

Another pitch invasion this time leading to the penalty taker getting kicked in the head by a fan sliding in. It's got to be time to put a stop to them because it's getting out of hand now. I have to say I wasn't overly impressed that we did on the last day..but all the time they are basically allowed to happen then they will. Especially when people see other teams doing it, it then becomes a thing and just gets worse and worse.

If you put a 2 point penalty on it, I'm sure it would stop it (would need to carry over to the next season or something if it was in the playoffs I suppose).
