One of whom must surely be departing now.

Personally I’d go Daley-Campbell who gives away too many fouls in defensive positions due to poor positioning for me
If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

If he's to come our way, we are going to have to get rid of one of our NO10s, I'd have thought. I still think some club in league one will gain his services. I'd love for Paddy Madden to come good for.

Who are these number 10’s you speak of?

If fit, (big if, I know), might he be cover for both right back and/or right-sided CH?

That's the first position crossed off my summer shopping list. Now on to:

Goalkeeper
Right Back
Central Defender
Central Midfielder
Forward

And another off the list. Finally, to the central defender...

Madden,Dobra, Mandy and Markanday can all play there. I don't think anyone will go out because I don't think McGoldrick will come our way.

Madden will be off, markandy will be wide right and it’s not set in stone Mandy will still be here, plus mcgoldrick will be twice the player Mandy is in the 10

Pleased with Tanton, thought he looked the part at the start of the season with Gordon on the left they looked to have sorted our defense/pace problem but that was short lived.Hope I'm more right this season than last ......... TBC.
Just need them all to gel and we should be a decent side.

If I’m correct Tanton was named MoM on his debut and was excellent until he sustained an injury.

If he can remain injury free he could nail down the RB slot thus allowing one of our others to move out.

For me, both McFadzean and Dunkley are best as RCBs and as we have Naylor as potential further cover for that position I suspect Donacien will not be re-signing.

The most natural LCB we have is Grimes and, as such, if we bring in another CB I would prefer it to be a left-sided younger one.

I forgot about Hobson too, easily done. If you add in Duffy, over a season five players for three positions isn’t enough, I think we are light in the attacking midfield area. I expect Colclough to leave, he was left out against Matlock but assumed fit as he is on all the training video’s

Donacien is a better right back than both Sheckleford and VDC. His fitness is clearly the issue. McFadzean and Dunkley will almost certainly be our first choice pairing this season. Are you thinking Naylor to cover RCB and Grimes to cover LCB? I don’t want to see Naylor anywhere near the defence again personally.

If Donacien can prove his fitness, I would much rather him and Tanton be our options at right back and use Donacien as the cover for RCB too, instead of Naylor.
