The club have posted that there was an update due on 1866 before kick off on Ty.
They haven’t posted since. Neither have 1866.
Is it just me or is that outrageously click-baity nonsense.

It was a stupid time to play the audio out too, while 8000+ people who are actually bothered are at the ground/pub/traveling to the game can't listen to or hear it
Here we go again!

Still nothing from the club or the 1866 account but a tweet from 1866 co commentator

“He's being moved out of hospital into rehabilitation and the club are supporting, including financially.

Nothing about what the injury is but he's making good progress and medical staff are amazed at his progress.”

So we should be, he's got a salary we're contractually obliged to pay!

If Tyrone Williams wants to let us know the nature of the injury then he will, but all I'm bothered about is that he gets back to full fitness. Before he got injured, he was playing some of the best football of his career with us. Dig deep Ty, all the best and I hope to see you wearing the shirt once more.

I'd expect he'll get some support from them given he was an EFL player when injured. I think this is the first season he has played at a level recognised by the PFA, unlike George Carline who got **** all support because he never played for a league club, not even at academy level. Bit sad in this day and age that the NL isn't classed as professional by the PFA - dinosaurs?

Apparently the PFA have tried to extend their coverage to the National League, but the NL board has been reluctant to do this as it would mean clubs paying towards the PFA aswell.

I find the NL Board both self severing and see both fans and players as necessary evils.

Yes, plus I had asked Mark Ives about why players couldn't join the PFA in the NL, via the Price of Football podcast and he blatantly lied and said the PFA won't agree to it.

The reason behind everything they do or don't do is greed, in my opinion. It's more like a poorly run gentlemen's club than a football league. It's probably time for the EFL to take the reins and run the NL with, at least a tad of professionalism. Get the pigs out of the troughs.

Don't think you are wrong on any of those points. The really infuriating part is that the top table cohort seem to have no qualms in their dodgy dealings becoming common knowledge, I assume because they have never been seriously challenged.

He's a tool and his answer was illogical.
