I don't know the ins and outs of playing after having a fit, but, to be honest, I think all of us are only really bothered about John Fleck's health.
Here's to a speedy recovery mate, every Spireite is routing for you.

I would hope that common sense prevails and the bloke on the pitch isn?t banned etc. suspect folk at the club will see what happened and do what?s right.

Totally agree with this. He didn?t run on the pitch, he walked into a corner to try and stop the game to help someone in need. Was very disappointed with the police for evicting him from the ground. They came across as jobs worths. Where was the common sense and perspective of intent!!

Here is the EFL directive for medical emergencies both on and off the field. Suggest some people have a read and digest.

Please stop?.. the lad went down the tunnel after 10-15mins of medical attention?thankfully he looked ok. At the time the sheets were up I don?t think anyone knew what the outcome would be

The lad went off on the stretcher, waving and feeling like a superstar by the look of it at the time.. it was never a medical emergency as such, which is why the ref (after he had been informed of the nature of the incident) chose to continue the game
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

Did you know it wasn?t a medical emergency at the time?! As the number of first aiders / medics in the area gave a different perspective to those not in the Kop?

Totally agree with the directive / guidance. But the guidance is also don?t go into a burning building?? if you think someone needs urgent assistance for some people they make a different decision. As I said, intent should be taken into account and impact. I personally hope the club step in.

I just provided the link to save searching for it.

Whilst you're on a stretcher or even having your sats taken sheets have to be put in place to protect the casualty from people taking pictures etc and have to stay up at all times until he's either given the all clear or gone past the crowd.

No, not until the ref, who would have been informed, decided to restart the game, had it been a medical emergency the players would have been taken off, until such a time that the game could continue
