Joe needs a manager to believe in him as Cook did. We all knew that Joe Quigley wasn't a 20 goal a season striker and so should his current manager, but throw him on for the last 30 minutes and he'll either, score, assist someone else or keep the ball up the right end of the pitch. His closing down work was pretty good too, so I hope he gets a better second half of the season.

He's been coming on and not doing any of the first one. In fact, he's had more than 10hrs on the pitch in the league this season and remarkably hasn't scored. Nice lad and tried hard, but no need to re-write history, he just isn't very good.

A little harsh as I reckon there's a player in there bu too early stage of development for us atm. That miss yesterday wow but you see that in championship/prem occasionally. For me, he's between two stools - neither this nor that. To end up with a strike force like the one we have isn't very good and a bit of a rethink needed for next year. Grigg/Madden not enough.
