On holiday so not seen game, not great from what I?m reading!

Still, it makes the usual suspects happy and gives them chance to over react to losing a game of football!

Some of the comments on here after a defeat make the likes of Mark Goldridge look sensible!

Said it before and I?ll say it again, Tyrer is possibly our biggest miss this season. Also Oldaker is far far too pedestrian, why on earth was he going for a short free kick at that stage. Time for a rest for him.
Probably as pis..d off as I?ve been after a performance all season.

Cook has just said he was outstanding

I see all those usual doom mongers are out in force?.always vocal when we lose?embarrassing ?I bet some clowns are on at Cook ?.dicks

How many mistakes has Thompson made since signing? His save was actually a good instinctive save, unlucky to fall into an area that their player reacted to

Sparkes injury left us lopsided, banks coming on left Duffy on his own down the left and Dobra didn?t cover after he fouled. Credit to them for taking advantage. The subs altered the shape of the team, should still have got something from the game tho.

Imagine not getting the ball in the box last few seconds.

Literally sums up our entire season.

We actually played ok in spells and probably edged it. We certainly had the best of the few chances in the game. Naylor should have scored. Duffy nearly did. It wasn?t a great game and they nicked it after a mistake by the keeper. Ref was poor. Sparkes injured. Disappointing game but over it already.

Some strange subs. Surprised mandeville didn?t make an appearance. Naylor needs dropping as did nothing apart from watch players go past him. Oldaker was superb and did everything a number 6 should do. We need to find a forward that has some pace.

Thompson on two occasions before his blunder was getting it from Grimes - once when it was his ball if he had come to claim it and Grimes conceded a corner and another when Grimes didn't appear happy with how he had released it. I have always had my doubts about him but the evidence keeps piling up. We need a confident and competent keeper in League 2 next season - Thompson falls short on both counts.

We defended pretty good. Never felt we would concede until the cockup at the end. New wingers played well, Colclough added nothing.

Good post and agreed. Annoying match, should?ve won it, it is admittedly criminal to only take 1 point against that dross from 2 matches. Just enjoy rest of season, see what happens but next season is where the fun starts.

That?s short free kick at the end sums us up. Absolutely no impetus or winning mentality. Too content to pass it around and keep the ball without any cutting edge. Countless times ending back with Thompson whose distribution is useless.

You could see a last minute sickener coming a mile off and we just coasted until the inevitable happened

This could be copy and pasted for almost every game this season.

Very frustrating as it isn?t for lack of talent / ability.

Agree foul should have been given before the shot

Absolutely.

The refs still traumatised after his 1st game at senior level when Tom Denton notched a hat trick.
If Sparks hadn't been 'done' they wouldn't have scored that.

Glad I don't have to watch them every week

For me priority is signing a permanent goalkeeper next season, one that has performed consistently at this level or level above. We were lucky last season with Tyrer, but this lad is not great, makes too many mistakes and just does not improve us.

We need a monumental clear out this summer.

Naylor has been ruined by being played at Cb all season.
He?s done a steady job there but it?s now like he?s forgotten how to be the player he was last season.

You'd have one every time we lose though so perhaps you aren't a good judge of that.
