Now Pepple misses a sitter after our first good attacking move

He should score but it wasn?t an easy chance. Came at him very quick and flicked off a defender just before he controlled it. He looks very lively to be fair. Good, strong run down the left. He already looks to add something we have been missing.

Far from a sitter, came to him via two deflections and he couldn?t get his feet sorted in time before he was closed down.

The fact he was in the right place is good enough for me.

Aye he looks tidy, Pepple. Unit, and unlucky not to have scored already.

Granted Jon ,but at least donacien was training all summer with Ipswich, yes I know we can't sack a player a injured player at that but why give a player a contract ,after 15 minutes you could see fleck wasn't right, week after week we keep hearing fleck close to squad fitness ,we didn't hear which year ,poor judgement

Fleck had been training with us for a couple of weeks prior to being offered a contract.

Only criticisms I have so far is that our delivery from wide areas has been poor and we continue to try and shoot ourselves in the foot with silly unforced errors

Agree with others that Pepple looks decent

Entirely fair summary, this. I'll add that Dobs is playing very well, as he often does.

Decent cross from right of box not attacked by Pepple. We've settled into game now

Hobson, Dobra, Mandy and Colclough all playing well. Impressed so far by Pepple.

At least one of the odious turds on the Rotherham bench has been booked. It's Evans' usual plan to let his less rotund mate take one for the team first.

You seem to have written the lad off already. Give him a full half first, yeah?

I used to go out with a girl who worked at Rotherham when he was first in charge?.she told me stories that would have the woke brigade in meltdown these days?.needless to say Evans thinks he?s gods gift

He's a vile man and really shouldn't be allowed to work in football at all.
