Scored the pen to beat us a Wembley.....

And has scored twice this season. He looked a good player at NL level but had a serious injury that kept him out of all last season I think. He's also had some off the field issues with his mental health. There is a player in there for sure.

Not in the league. I do actually think he?s a decent player, perhaps I?m still bitter from Wembley.

Harrogate Town have signed Huddersfield Town defender Eko Solomon on loan until the end of the season.
The 18-year-old Dutchman, who can also play in midfield, is yet to make a senior appearance for the Terriers.
He could make his debut for Harrogate in their FA Cup third-round trip to Leeds United on Saturday.
"We've got good links with Huddersfield and we're impressed with what we've seen from him," head of recruitment Lloyd Kerry told the club website.

Fleetwood Town have signed forward Kian Harratt to a permanent deal for the remainder of the season.
The 22-year-old, who spent the first half of the campaign on loan from League One side Huddersfield Town, has scored three goals in 20 appearances for the club, most recently a stunning late strike to secure a Boxing Day victory over Chesterfield.

Carlisle United have signed Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Sean Fusire on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old has made four appearances for the Owls this season, all in the EFL Cup.
Fursire is the fifth player to join the Cumbrians, who are bottom of the EFL, this month after Will Patching, Elliot Embleton, Callum Whelan and Cedwyn Scott.

No need to worry, Kabama wasn't good enough for us according to many.

I bet the thought of him moving to Bromley must really hurt them though and I don't blame them if it did.

Brilliant bit of business for Bromley - a gamble at ?140k but he?s one of the best at this level.

They must have signed him to rotate with Cheek. Put 'em both in the same side and they'll be outnumbered in other areas and they'll lose matches.
Brennan is very astute. Maybe he's now got a replacement and a mini war chest to cement his promotion push, starting with a bid for Hobson.

I?d be very annoyed if we?d have wasted 140K signing a journeyman such as Kabamba. If we have realistic aspirations to become an established League 1 side, this calibre of player should be nowhere near Sheffield Road.

"Mini war chest" they'll be cutting back on the bog cleaners hours and any promised redemial work on the away end, whilst ripping off away fans charging full wack to pay for such player investments.

Kabamba will probably do ok, so he's a good signing purely from an adding quality to a squad perspective, but at this level weighing up the cost vs value add is absolutely king and he's just not worth 140k especially at that age. I don't think you'd pay 140k for Tshimanga now, and he was more prolific than Kabamba at the level below, and he's older. I think Barnet are laughing there.

I'd be furious if we'd paid that for him.

quite a few yesterday:

League Two side Gillingham have signed Crystal Palace forward Asher Agbinone on loan for the rest of the season.

Agbinone made his Palace debut as a substitute at Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on 21 October and made his first home appearance against Fulham on 9 November.

Walsall have signed Charlton Athletic youngster Nathan Asiimwe on loan for the rest of the season.

The 20-year-old midfielder is the League Two leaders' first January transfer window signing.

Asiimwe was given his Addicks debut in May 2022 and has now made 27 first-team appearances for the south-east Londoners.

He is currently on a Charlton deal that runs until 2026, with the option for another year.

He played five games out on loan with National League side Hartlepool in September and October, but since his return to The Valley, his only first two first-team appearances have been in the EFL Trophy.

Doncaster Rovers have signed forward Ethan Ennis on loan from Manchester United until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance for United, having joined them from Liverpool in 2021.

Ennis scored for Manchester United's Under-21s against Doncaster in a 3-3 draw in the EFL Trophy in September, having previously netted in the same competition at Barnsley.

"This is a very good signing for us and we've had to fight off lots of competition from higher up the pyramid than us," Rovers manager Grant McCann told the club website., external
