Are footballers refusing to wear rainbow armbands homophobic?

Are footballers refusing to take the knee racist?

Are footballers refusing to wear poppies treacherous?

And is someone sneeringly supporting an alleged sex offender a victim blaming misogynist?

You tell me...

Well yeah.... normally, according to you. You are normally the one leading the charge, but in this instance, bizarrely not.

Respect their views? 😂 Why don't you apply that attitude on the Personal section; i's littered with vile accusations from you.

Anyone who disagreed with taking the knee, you immediately called a racist; anyone who disagreed with BLM, you called a racist; folk who didn't agree with having the COVID vaccine, you called a conspiracy theorist, nutjob, you even called for any nurses and doctors who were not jabbed to be sacked; anyone who voted leave, you labelled as xenophobic; anyone concerned with the ridiculous levels of young, male, undocumented migrants coming into the country, you call them racist bigots; anyone who doesn't believe men wearing a dress and makeup are women, you label transphobic; anyone who even speaks about anything Muslim related, you immediately call racist, bigoted and islamophobic.

Respect their views, don't make me laugh....

Which is great, but anyone else who you PERCEIVE to hold similar views, you're quick to label them as bigots and homophobic; why not Morsy?

You and EOC are demonstrating rank hypocrisy.

And no, let's not shut down this thread; it's a debating board, this is football related. You can't just shut down a pertinent thread because you don't like the content, or because it exposes an ex player as a homophobic bigot, as uncomfortable as that might be for some.

If you were an Ipswich Town team mate and gay, would it bother you that your captain chose not to wear the rainbow armband?

The Muslim world is full of hypocrisy, especially when they are dressing up young boys for a bit of bacha bazi

Mate - this discussion relates to Sam Morsy's decision to eschew a rainbow armband, not your increasingly manic issues with other 'BB' contributors.

But if you want to address hypocrisy, perhaps you can explain how someone usually peppering the 'Personal' section with anti Islamic opinion suddenly applauded a Muslim adhering to his religion yesterday?

How you're now performing a full one hundred and eighty by declaring him "exposed as a homophobic bihot"?

How you can perform this kinda foot stamping, finger pointing, and of course lie laden tantrum accusing others of baseless labelling, yet then do exactly that to SM?

Again, I strongly disagree with our former player. However I don't need to toss a coin deciding if I dislike Muslims or gay people more before offering a view...

.....because he might disagree with this one aspect of the doctrine and yet still feel it's better to refuse the ribbon. Perhaps his missus laid the law down. It's wor happens in our house.

He could never play here again with such a show of homophobia, how would that sit with rainbow Spireites 🌈

Must be a right old challenge for you knowing whether to side with the Muslims or the Rainbowz on this. I hope you're okay.

I like Muslims. And I like Rainbowz. But which is better? There's only one way to find out....FIIIIIIIIGHT!

And yes, I would. We have different opinions, though.
