Companies House shows ?2M of shares issued on May this year and just this week another ?2M.
Am I right in saying the first issue was well publicised but not sure about this new issue.

I got a letter as a shareholder related to the ?2m of new shares a few weeks ago. Assumed that was more investment rather than a late issue of a letter re; the May ones but in all honesty I only skim read it

Yes, you are correct. It was in fact publicised and it is the Kirks who are taking up this second lot of 2M pounds of shares since 1 May.
