Not sure mate, but whoever it is isn?t exactly doing a bad job when you consider we?ve got the 9th best defensive record in the league despite being a very attacking team (joint 2nd best goals scored record btw?) that pushes their full backs on etc. Any team that plays that way will give up chances. What weve done over the summer is improve the individuals in the defence though, who are more adept at dealing with being isolated.
Or if youd prefer we could look to bring in a defensive first manager and play for clean sheets every game by keeping men behind the ball? likely result in us being lucky to see us score a goal mind. See Swindon & Tranmere fans thoughts on that type of approach?

Obviously a change in personal at the back has helped but looking at the two goals, we failed in midfield.
Goal 1: DJ gift
Goal 2: Naylor doesn't take one for the team and take the lad down.

He's on 4 yellows I think so would have been banned. We need him for Notts next week

Although we conceded from a free kick in a similar place on Tuesday.
Plus they had two or three one on ones with our keeper that were either saved or missed. (The lob over the bar was particularly poor)
We could have finished with 8 men if we brought the player down first.

I think we've started the season ok, and I think we're good enough for a top seven spot.

I was thinking the same thing this morning regarding Grigg and Madden together, think it is worth a try.The part I'm struggling with is,in place of who.Needs someone who knows about football to make that decision.

I wouldn't want to be the one to make that call, but even if it was tried for the last thirty minutes when we're chasing a game, it would be interesting to see mate.

That's the million dollar question in and around our midfield and attack

I would like the winning lottery numbers for Wednesday night
Not going to get them either, nor do I have any right asking for them
