Thing is mate, nobody cares what you want, let alone anyone at the club. So you?ll just have to deal with that ☹️

What people need to understand is that the wages on the bloated backroom staff could be spent on the playing staff maybe on a striker for instance.

You should pop down the ground today for a cuppa with the manager and let him know all these pearls of wisdom.

Just imagine if we got rid of all of our #BloatedBackroomStaff, sack off Dyer, Roberts and Webb, maybe the physio, just have Cook doing the lot, and maybe we can grab a League 1 level striker. You?re a genius! God I knew it, it turns out you actually know more about the number of staff required and player wages than the people who run the club!

You absolute thicko.

Quick look on https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/ which has a lot of info about clubs etc including list off staff. Now its not likely 100% accurate as it doesnt include our keeping coach but others are on there. We have the same number as Walsall and way less than Notts County even Tranmere who i randomly picked from towards the bottom. Carlisle list Williamson as manager then have three assistant managers, a goalie coach then someon as an "individual coach"!

Fancy the Kirks, with all their business experience, not benchmarking the number of back room staff against clubs at a similar size and level.

Why don't we just **** off having a keeper as well? He's not going to score many anyway

Why do we bother answering to his posts, it's like trying to talk to your great grandma, who's forgotten to nip into Boots for her hearing aid batteries 🤔.

Who has he missed? Are we classing bar staff as part of the bloated back room staff?

Keeper coach isnt on there plus we have the analyst like pretty much every other club do.

Don't forget the car park staff, I saw one coaching Ollie Banks in shooting from range.

Byrne is head of academy coaching as well as any first team coaching role so we're working him to earn his keep! Keeper coach is Dave O'Hare. So we've got Cook then Webb, Roberts, Dyer, Byrne in two roles, a keeper coach which is a specialist role that any club will have and an analyst....i doubt we are any different to most League 2 clubs.
