This again? No one had a problem with the results Rowe got, it was how he conducted himself that was the problem & he has no one to blame but himself for the position he found himself in. Players, staff & members of the public either witnessed or were victims of his appalling behaviour so your one man crusade of idiocy to deify this reprobate really is a pointless endevour.

Totally in agreement with your summation.Fishing expedition ,hopefully, but if not S&D ........

I?m sorry to burst your bubble, I honestly am, but I know who Julie Chaplin is. That?s not James Rowe, it?s a genuine opinion by a season ticket holder in the West stand.

Well if she was, then she dropped her lad as well. He?s been vocal about Rowe on Twitter too saying similar things.

Didn't Rowe admit to the accusation though claiming consent?

Rendering it one person's word against another.

Then there's the suggestion his CFC resignation was unrelated to that incident.

I suspect the Club are keeping a very dignified silence, here. Possibly to protect individuals involved. Whether born of ignorance or agenda it's tragic others lack that dignity...

Dignified silence

Don?t make me laugh, they went to the FA to warn against anyone hiring him

And then he?s found not guilty

I?m not surprised they are keeping quiet, worrying about legal ramifications I imagine

Where do you get off saying crap like this? Just because heaven forbid someone has a different take on something than you.

Shame they also keep a silence on the board members who saw us relegated to the non league, they are worse than Rowe / Allen etc but cling on.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

I mean, IF this is true, then the club have acted as judge and jury and smeared an innocent man

Chesterfield were so concerned by Rowe's swift return to the dugout that they wrote a 'letter of concern' to the FA warning that he 'posed a potential danger to women', a revelation which caused shockwaves among staff at Fylde on Thursday.

Doubt the club have any worries bearing in mind Rowe walked away in the end. They suspended him which they will have been perfectly within their right to do following the allegations and their investigation being done.

Yet his reign at Fylde also ended in him having to walk as he?d apparently not been 100% clear with them about the state of the case

Yep, but writing to the FA to warn he?s a danger to women when innocent?

Maybe that prompted Fyldes decision

Wow that?s foolish

You and SaD would make good bedfellows with a grudge against the club you purport to support.

Wow that?s foolish

They wrote the letter to the Fa prior to him being found innocent. The police investigation discovered enough evidence for the CPS to prosecute so there must have been enough evidence to justify court proceedings.
As it transpired, he was found not guilty but up until the spokesperson of the jury announced their verdict the decision the club took to try and make the Fa aware of his alleged action was absolutely the correct decision.
You're using a later fact to poorly attempt to justify an argument against the club for doing which at the time was a morally correct course of action.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.
