Making a short-term impact is easy. If he stayed at any club for more than a year or so, it would be interesting to see how he faired.
The question is, why does he not stay anywhere for a prolonged period?

Coz he?s a narcissistic egomaniac

Post it for us all to see?

James Rowe, with hindsight isn?t a very nice person as his record shows and I wouldn?t want him to near our club. But to correct you, as I?m sure you miss-typed. He moved on from us due to an ALEDGED sexual assault. I?ve searched and searched but I can?t find anything about him being a racist.

Either than or the other way round.

It was bullying there, or at least what ended up in the public domain wasn't it?

Said took over Gloucester and first 25 games averaging 2.5ppg, scoring stacks of goals

Came to Town and totally transformed the culture, regional football to play offs again over 2 points per game

Next season top of the league with 2 defeats in 27

Absolutely unprecedented unless anyone can tell me otherwise

Yes, demanding, ruthless but definitely what we needed

God knows where we?d be today if it wasn?t for James Rowe

Is it because deep down everyone knows he saved the club but can?t bring themselves to say it?

Nowt deep down about it.
He transformed the results but deserved to be encouraged to leave.

I know nowt but if it transpires that he's investigating whether he has a possible grievance against CFC, where would you stand?
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I?d support him 100% if it?s a provable grievance

Correct, wrong wording, we?d just avoided it the season before with a helping hand from Covid and we were staring down the barrel when he took over

You'd support something that was likely to be harmful to CFC? With supporters like you, who needs enemies?

Not sure he changed it to one that was very good though.....churned through players, players booted out at the slightest hint of an issue, stories of how he treated people and then the nature of his departure.

Yes, if he?s been wronged it deserves correction

You?d support CFC even if they were acting illegally?

The issue with the previous manager is not that the output of his team wasn?t good enough

Chesterfield FC feeling there is enough done to warrant removing him as manager is not the same as him being proven guilty in court.

CFC did not sack Rowe, he resigned just before he was to face a disciplinary. If he was totally innocent of his actions, ask your self why he resigned rather than face an internal hearing at the club.
