And yet he took Oldaker off, not Banks. There's summat that us armchair managers aren't cottoning on to here.

Banks is the best long passer of the ball. A fair proportion of his long diagonals never reach their target, but it's League 2 after all. He might be a part of Cookie's Plan B give up the short stuff and chuck in the well targeted long ball now and again, catch the opposition napping.
It certainly needs something when even Harrogate can be so comfortable against us. You can believe we had an off-day, or believe other Managers now know how to make us have an off-day. Barrow should be interesting.

A bit generous. Yes. It was banks? pass but Berry made the goal all
By himself. I?ll stick with my view, he isn?t good enough to play CM. He wasn?t in national league and isn?t in league 2.

Whether Berry scored (which of course he did with a brilliant solo effort) or not, it was an excellent pass, that required vision and some accuracy.
Not saying it should secure his place, but credit where credits due surely.

Bit of a surprise, but I agree with you, when he jumps for a ball he rarely gets a further 2 inch in height.

I did give credit for the pass, but it didn?t require much vision. I?d really like to see him win some headers and tackles in midfield.

A point Will Grigg seems to agree with per his post match interview.
And perhaps Paul Cook, with his idling comment.

That's a great spot. I think that DJ was a passenger the last 2 games.

He's great at keeping possession, slowing a game down and taking direct free kicks in shooting range.

He's far from great though, at generating scoring chances, speeding a game up and timing his tackles.

Making a short-term impact is easy. If he stayed at any club for more than a year or so, it would be interesting to see how he faired.
The question is, why does he not stay anywhere for a prolonged period?

Do you have any links to him being moved on for being racist? He's very close to Akwasi Asante, I find that hard to believe but it will be interesting to see the evidence you provide.
