The Brunswick is a good pub relatively close to the railway station depending on your mode of transport,, and your time of arrival of course.

A bit late to suggest but the Babbington (Wetherspoons) in the centre is a nice pub. Lovely place inside, nice atmosphere, good selection of beers and at reasonable prices (normal for the brand I guess). Food reasonable too.

A bus can be caught to the ground in the centre a stone?s throw away

Tested when the Rams played Northampton last year
