Can only see ESPN, further set backs again ,so it's TV have sky but can't see which channel

Its not a specific Sky Sports channel, if you have Sky Sports? if you scroll down on the main menu you will see the Sky Sport + listings showing all the games available on the various days over the weekend. If you have a firestick, I am assuming, it will be shown on the Chesterfield page on the new EFL2 channel showing all the EFL 2 teams?

Have a look at Sky Sports Arena, possibly 408 or 412 (it's 508 on Virgin). Press the red button and it should bring up the list of what's available on the channel. Tennis is the first thing, but if you scroll down it has championship, league 1 and league 2 as well.

There is a channel on 412 on Sky I believe plus stuff can be accessed from the main Home Screen.

Obviously the main game on Sky Sports+ (CH 412) can be recorded but not the others. Has anyone heard if the full game will be available on catchup?

I think that sort of answers my question, just looked this minute and it is on the Red button on the above channel but no setting to record, or offering the option. I assume by your reply that won?t change tomorrow?

For anyone on Virgin Media, Sky Sports + is available on all Sky Sports channels (except SS News), just press the red button and scroll down to the League 2 games.

I have read somewhere that the stuff on the red button can't be recorded (never tried it as I have never had any need). I also read it may or may not be available on catch-up.

Be a shame to go to the game and then not be able to watch it

I just had a quick look on my Virgin box.... and I can only find our game by going to a Sky Sports channel and then pressing red.

508 then red button. You might possibly need to reboot the Virgin 360 box (off at plug, wait, on at plug) as it's a very new addition.

Our game is only on the red button. Sheffield U's match is on Sky sports main event/football, with Derby and Barnsley v Mansfield on the red button like us.

I assume the coverage is going to be very limited - no replays, limited camera angles etc? Will there be commentary? Assuming no studio pre match / half time so they will just show replays on the loop at HT?

Never watched football on the red button but a few at work who support EFL clubs said it?s extremely limited

They didn't used to be in HD on my BT box. Coverage used to start pretty much on kick off from gantry camera and off you pop.

Production Values as per EFL QA

Announced in April, EFL production partner IMG will produce 866 matches per season for Sky Sports? streaming service with the remaining balance produced by Sky for their main channel output.

IMG will produce a further 832 matches (1,698 in total) which will be utilised outside of the UK by EFL rights holders Pitch International and Relevent Sports, who will distribute the premium broadcast feed across the world

Fans will see increased camera setups across every division with six cameras in the Championship, four cameras in League One and two cameras in League Two up from four, one and one cameras respectively.

Carabao Cup matches will feature a minimum of two cameras plus an up-scaled four-camera set-up for later rounds of the competition.

All Bristol Street Motors Trophy matches will remain available to view with a one camera setup until the semi-finals

If a game is not on a main channel and is classified as streamed and it really is basic coverage as detailed above I'm baffled why they bothered shifting our fixture. Perhaps it will get slightly enhanced coverage because it has been moved, but I wouldn't hold by breath.

Browsing around Sky Sports+ it appears that all games on Saturday afternoon are available? Assume this won?t always be the case?
If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

Until the Prem starts the blackout doesn't kick in.

No blackout due to the premier league not playing, so it's like it being an international weekend. As soon as the EPL kick off there will be no Saturday 3pm KO's being shown until the next international break;
2024
Nations league 2/9-10/9
Nations league 7/10-15/10
Nations league 11/11-19/11
2025
Nations league q/f 20/3-23/3
World Cup 21/3-25/3
