Come on, you wouldn?t have lumped on if you thought it was a total no no? At one time I thought of a score on it..
It still seems good value now after the event..anyway I doubt anyone in the crowd would have bet on 0-0 at 90.
I?ll stick to political forecasting in future!..then again maybe not.

Apparently felt his groin was a bit tight if I heard Danny Webb correctly? Was doing sprint work before kick off.

If he had a tight groin (adductors)- he definitely wouldn?t have been doing sprint work

That's silly. Sprint work must be part of every recovery plan. A player's first recovery sprint can't be in his first match back.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I read it as he was doing sprint work and then felt a tight groin, so sat the match out as a precaution

There has been some talk that Banks hasnt been in some recent pics\videos of training and DT reporting Webb as saying they are expecting Banks to be back in training on Monday. Could be that he is on the way back from his injury, wasnt ready to play but was doing some work ahead of the game before going back into training on Monday.
