You don?t walk away from monies owed whilst ever there?s a chance of you getting a return on your investment.
Difficult to comprehend where the consortium will continue going forward with all that?s needed at Southend. The ground is a nightmare for fans.
The development of a new ground may be the thing that keeps Mr Martin?s interest.
