Reform Uk Party I like the cut of their jib

Reform have achieved earth moving victories at these elections.
The whole of politics must sit up and take notice.
But with power comes responsibility. Accountability. The basic bread and butter decision making of government.
Delivering essential services on a limited budget.
We'll no doubt see Trumpian drives to get rid of so called 'woak waste'. Equally no doubt cheered on by those who can't define what that actually means. The rightly dubbed 'performative cruelty' on which some seem to thrive. However the reality, as also seen in the 'States, is closures. Reduncancies. Cuts.
Ordinary people losing the income and support on which they rely.
Farage will blame central funding. Of course he will. Every other opposition council does so why not. Yet sooner or later Reform representatives will have to say 'No' to the very folk who voted for them.
And their 'It's all migrants' fault' will at some point begin to fall upon deaf ears.
The public school educated former Surrey stockbroker with decades in the European Parliament Farage has spent his entire time in politics pretending he's anti Establishment. Which merely underlines his more than legitimate "charlatan" label. Well now he's very much part of that establishment. He and his party can no longer hide behind myths, tropes and slogans. They must meet the demands of the white working class they claim to champion.
We can only wonder how long it'll be before someone, somewhere delivers that immortal line 'Awww, you're just as bad as all the rest' when those demands aren't met...

I wonder is reform controlled councils will refuse asylum seekers in their areas and then take the home office to court when they say they have to. If they do it will be interesting to see the impact that has - there have been reports that central funding to local authorities to deal with them is wholly inadequate and you can see Reform councils pushing this....

Groan....Help.......As I predicted here's his anti Reform diatribe. Remove the words Reform and Fararge and add your own hate figures and we have what he really thinks
like this from the 11th Janauary.
Farage has spent his entire political career in the sewer.
He dons the demeanour of a country gent to disguise the stains, but the stenches persist.
He's attracted a following of sewer rats, too.
He denies it, does his best to eschew them or pretend some are really rabbits, yet they still worshipped King Rat.
But now some rats are getting restless. He's not delivering enough sewage for them. To the point they heckle one of his princes.
Farage quit UKIP 'cos of these rats. Brexit too. Will the same happen with his Reform 'rat pack'....?
So much for th reasoned respectabilty he would have us believe. Only a fool would disbelieve what they can see.

Surely 40% of the population are not “far right terrorists”?
Why you even posted that I don’t know but I’m genuinely interested on why you think the vote went the way it did
As for the elections, do you not understand the concept of turnout & that these elections were localised & in predominantly Tory areas? ie extrapolation to the entire country is not very reliable other
than as a general trend.
Misnomer's post is filled with far right, unimaginably dumb & damaging conspiracy theories. He is clearly at this current time completely lost to rational & evidence based discourse & thus it is
utterly pointless me trying to converse with him. He is off the charts & in batshit land. Sadly, for all of us, Fascism is rapidly taking root again all across the world & Misnomer is a true believer.

Unfortunately, it's you who is demonstrating how out of touch you are, with head in the sand. That link is just a further demonstration of your ignorance.
Death has already lucidly articulated my point (ref the public voting Reform) so, I don't need to add anything else.

Fantastic prediction, Carlsberg. Who could’ve seen Chris criticising Farage? Next you’ll be predicting that Mr Mercury’s next post about Starmer will be less than complimentary.

Ok...you need to come back on what I'm going to write. Otherwise, you are going to look 'unimaginably dumb'
What conspiracy theories are you referring to?
What particular parts are 'far right'?
In your word salad; what is 'rational and evidence based discourse'? Evidence regarding what, specifically? You haven't offered any counter evidence to any of the points I've raised; thus, you are literally negating any further discourse.
In a very cowardly fashion, you casually label me as 'far right', 'batshit', and even a 'fascist', for trying to elaborate as to why people are supporting and voting Reform, whilst offering NOTHING to counter my argument. Essentially, 'he's 'far right', I can't talk to him' - are you Emily Thornberry?
Btw that link didn't work 😏

https://hopenothate....-terror-threat/
Here. Try this one. Hope Not Hate; couldn't be any more biased but, even these can't square the circle.
Just like the Home Office (Home Office; like we can take them seriously - the ones who are calling the rape gangs a 'right-wing extremist narrative'...do you work there?) report on far-right terrorism; it's all 'threat', with minimal evidence to support it. Since 2017, 76 people have been convicted under 'terrorist' legislation. I'll help you out - that's 9 people a year.
Since 2017, police have 'disrupted' eight terrorist plots 'related' to rightwing extremism. Apart from one (the belief an MP was going to be killed), none of this has been elaborated on.
I'm sorry but, I can't take that seriously as 'terrorism'. It pales into complete insignificance when compared with black on black, gang related killings. It's clutching at straws, in order to create a false narrative.
Meanwhile, we have 50'000 Muslims on the terror watch list and our prisons bursting at the seems with Islamists. We've had an MP killed, teachers in hiding, beheadings, children stabbed to death, and people blown to pieces - that's terrorism; not thickos posting shít on social media, being entrapped by Hope Not Hate staff posing as neo-nazis.
In attempting to challenge my point, your vile post about me, merely offers nothing but manipulative, leftist rhetoric. All you have done is demonstrate the original point I was trying to make - a deflection away from islamic terrorism.

He may have been extrapolating his thoughts to what his colleagues in Kent are thinking.
Unless I'm not reading the results right, Kent County is now controlled by Reform. Reform's 'Boat' policy is to transport them straight back to France as soon as they land - Richard Tice said this on't telly last week.
I'd like to see the Council hook up the very next boat, pull it to a French beach, and see wor happens.
Let's give Starmer the opportunity to manage the problem.

To hold a full and independent inquiry into the rape gangs within 3 months of gaining power.
I think we saw Labours view on this disgusting episode over the last 24 hours, again targeting votes rather than justice for literally thousands of children.
And Reform are the bad guys?
