Good signing. In the NLN team of the season last year keeping 21 clean sheets for Chester. Pleased again with this signing. Signs our recruitment strategy is bang on when we bring in the likes of Tyrer and Hobson as well as Grigg and Tom Naylor.

Lovely signing. Everything points to this one being a winner. Importantly, he's apparently good with his feet too.

My neighbour is a Chester fan and he raves about this kid. Reckons he can go right to the top. Great bit of business.

Yep. We've swapped the wages of 2 experiened NL standard goalies for a relatively inexperienced loanee, so a massive saving assuming Dychey has looked after us. Good business, although we might need a back up plan if Everton sell Pickford and recall Tyrer.

Good signing but I agree we need a Plan B if HT gets injured or recalled.

Its a long term loan so he can only be recalled in January i believe so in terms of recall we've got til then at the earliest. Also not sure where he is in the pecking order at Everton but likely they've got a few ahead of him so it would take a bit of a crisis for the loan to be recalled in January. Pretty sure Cook and co know they might have an issue if he gets injured and we dont have another keeper. If it happens in a game with 5 on the bench likely we wouldnt have one on there anyway so likely a chance they will have some known targets they can potentially bring in ahead of the next game etc.

Jordan Ibe is training with us (on trial?). Liverpool fan I know said "If he can be a£sed, he'll rip that league up"

Worth a trial and the risk, if he turn good could be flipped for a profit

Can’t see Ibe needing the cash we could offer him. I’d hope he just wants to get his career back on path and if he does that with us it should benefit us both

Ibe has had some MH issues, hope he is getting back on track. The correlation between fitness/physical pursuits and an improvement in MH is well documented.

Yes I'll be glad for him and us if he's enjoying his football again and wants to join the project.

Could be a very useful addition, my point about cash was that if he's doing great before January we might get a bid or two for him and that'd help the funds too.
