In the last week or two you could pull out the following for any agenda:
Away ticket allocation, policy and fairness
Making the purchase of home tickets and ground entry easier including away ticket purchase for those exiles not able to nip into the club and pick up tickets
Improving club communication with the fans - response to phone calls and emails cited as an issue.
Improving media announcement s, how many times have we waited for official announcements on signings etc we know were already through the door?
Sorting out the IT issues.
Improving the concourse experience for our fans.
And so on.

I'm particularly proud of this one, from last May I think ......
Can somebody tell me why the teams come out and line up facing the posh seats like gladiators paying homeage to the Directors, then run off to warm up without even shaking hands?
I could perhaps understand it if they faced the tv cameras. What a stupid ritual.
They now shake hands.
Maybe it's a League Directive. Maybe it's because Commodus and his Tribunes read this board.

I don't think BB is representative of the fanbase because the majority of fans just want a team to watch. The biggest crooks on town could be running the show and it wouldn't bother them.
Having attended numerous fans' forums and AGMs there is one platform that is well informed and whose members are prepared to ask the questions.
Thanks for the reply.

The issue is the leaks within the club not how/when things are announced.
The club announces signings when the football secretary gives the all clear that all the paperwork has been done and sent and received. They have times agreed with the other club for when it's to be announced etc.
There have been issues with paperwork that have scuppered deals in the past (at ours and other clubs) and the club simply will not announce a signing until every i is dotted and t is crossed.

Ok, the leaks will take some stopping, too many dog walkers, fans with links to club insiders, underground car park regulars. Don't recall this being an issue in other seasons though.

It’s not an issue. Leaks are part and parcel of football these days and the clubs announcing them just makes it official. Really don’t see what the issue is.

Leaks circulate so fast too due to social mediaah.
I might apply. I've managed a big team, taken comments on board, am at a stage in life where I stick to my guns rather aim to be popular, and have presented to big and small groups.
I wont get it though hahahaha

I'm happy that we have leaks or else we'd wait an age for news. My point being we haven't had slow announcements like this before, so something has changed.

Back in the day you didn’t know we’d signed someone until they were named in the team! Lots of folk nowadays making, or trying, to make a career out of getting news out there first whilst the club are no different to how they’ve always done it…once the contract is signed and confirmed they will announce it. As another poster may say now and then…folk are being needy if they want news updates all the time or quicker. If the club announced a signing before it was fully confirmed and then it fell through they would get slated.

Well I'm nor appliin cos I cant spell propa, but wor I'd do is tell 'em .....
- That you'll be applying marks out of 10 for each of 10 key customer satisfaction areas, presenting them to the Board at each meeting, and posting their feedback back to customers.
- How you define the CSA's, compile the marks, and change them over time.
. That you'll record the trends for each mark over time.
. That at each meeting you'll also present any good ideas that have cropped up.
If I were on't selection panel, how you compile your info and communicate it,and manage your customers in general would be key to your success.
The 10 CSA areas perhaps.........
1. Fans' experience of the North Stand Concourse
2. Fans' experience of the East Stand Concourse
3. Fans' experience of the West Stand Concourse
4. Answering the phone.
5. Social Media.
6. Management of away ticketing.
........errrrr, I can't think of any more.

Give over. The only problem is how to communicate with your customers. I'd probably just do it through BB, somebody else might use F/B, it don't matter as long as everybody knows.

Some great points. Cheers. No one person will have all the right answers. Collectively I'd say we do.
