You are right Benning at the end of the day the Liverpool fans have gained unauthorised access to big games/stadia by what ever means possible and the main point is they’ve been doing it without cause for the safety of everyone else. We soon hear them criticise when at the end of the day they are a contributory factor.

That’s the complete opposite of what all the well respected journalists, reporters are saying though Dave. It’s not just Liverpool fans defending themselves but media people saying the organisation and following claims by the French/uefa is just utter rubbish.

Well I heard it gangs of North Africans

Calling them local Parisians is typical appeasement

It could perhaps have been criminal elements of North African french AND “local” french as well?

Criminality isn’t restricted to just the migrant population
A new hope.

He may be but there were well known posters on here talking of using fake tickets etc to get to the Solihull game. Pot, kettle and black spring to mind.

Exactly! Although I think the Solihull stuff was said in jest personally. It’s also not a million years ago since our own fans forced open the exit gate of the Kop at Saltergate to get into the Carlisle game. I remember it vividly as my mate tried to get in with the rush and was crushed against the metal gate. Every football team has idiots.

He is. Odd how football fans always think the worst about football fans. The evidence about what happened on Saturday seems overwhelming but some still fall for the tale of 40,000 Liverpool fans paying way over the odds (legitimate tickets were going for over £1500 last week) for fake tickets.

I’ve only been to Paris once and that was as a school kid about 44 years ago, Christ that makes me old, but from most things I read nowadays it’s a bit of a Bunkum hole and can be a less than pleasant place to visit.

So what’s rubbish, the Liverpool fans view point or the Real Madrid fans viewpoint?
I wasn’t there but it seems there’s a pretty standard report coming out of mis organisation, very handed policing and local thugs and thieves trying to make hay, what’s your view point, rather than flippant one liners?

Your statement that Paris was a bunkum (whatever that means) hole.

Lad I work with was out there, (he's followed them all over the world and rarely misses a game), he said some fans were partly responsible, as were the French police, the worst he's ever come across, but the gangs of Africans robbing folk of phones and cash was the worst he's ever seen, he has no desire to ever visit Paris again...

Probably means the same as your bizarre statement that Rochester is a bunkum hole a few years ago. However with the passing of time one would hope you've reached a level of maturity.
