Gav has already got a 3 year contract and has begun work to get qualified (I think).

Yeah I agree I was surprised at the time, given his age. Seemed a bit like a mate sorting a mate out with a final contract to me. That being said I do rate Gav but he is 31 and I do have doubts about whether he could cut it in league 2.

My concerns for Gav don't go further than Saturday if fit to play. I just hope he doesn't go seeking retribution in front of the nation from the prat who smashed eye socket.

Interesting, which raises a genuine question. With Khan only recently returned from injury would the club have sanctioned this? What would happen if your mates programme was not compatible with the clubs plans for him and he suffered some unforeseen injury. Is there insurance for injured players and if so would it be valid with a third party involved?

Is this true? Players don’t have the freedom to come and go and train where they wish. To whom is your “mate” accredited? Kh!an is known to be living and settled in Chesterfield. Rowe said so when there was interest in him so it must be true

I know it all, only recently at Aldershot but at every job he’s been an opposition manager and he’s a very nasty man, rude to his players, his staff, disrespectful.
I think he will struggle getting a job after this new gets out and if any of the other stories circulate

Can someone correct him that James hasnt lost his job and to say so is probably defamatory and therefore twitter ought to be taking it down...

I was told yesterday that it was an incident after the Aldershot match, that expedited the issue with JR…what was said at the Maidenhead match highlighted an issue of certain behaviour

What you have to be aware of is that the football world runs in very small circles & news gathers fast between coaches….they are aware of anything about everything.

From what I was told yesterday, he’s on the right lines.

But your right, shouldn’t be shouting it out on social media before it’s resolved

I listened on 1866 and Rowe was late coming out for his interview with Phil. And for what it's worth he was pretty narky with Phil right from the outset. Every chance something has kicked off in the tunnel/dressing room area after the match.
