Hung, drawn and quartered. Why the trust are going through an investigation when they just need to come on here for the verdict I don't know.

As I’ve said before, no good coming onboard here for the verdict - we are guessing. Best get on the County of Scabsnet forum if they want the truth and the verdict

If hes got a new club lined up then its not very good publicity for whoever he is going to. The welcome press conference would be a bit awkward.

Not if the misconduct is talking to another club without permission.

It would be a bit crazy for that though as we'd be writing off a compensation payment if he left

Some of the suggestions in this thread are devoid of reality and some of you would be best off just sitting out and waiting instead of theorycrafting, just a thought.

Not if we don’t sack him, just leave him suspended.

I really hope it comes out that he’s innocent of whatever all this is because so many people will have a fat egg on their face.

He’s being hung out to dry by so many. Called this, that and the other by loads on social media including an unhealthy amount of this fan base.

If it comes out that he’s a bully or whatever then good riddance but for now he’s still our manager and he’s innocent aside from a video of him swearing at Maidenhead and whilst it may not be pretty it happens at every football game up and down the country every single week in the heat of the moment due to the competitiveness of this sport we all love.

Really hope it’s cleared up asap so all the hearsay nonsense can just stop.

Yep. I can say with reasonable certainty that he hasn't been suspended for talking to another club, calling someone (amongst other stuff) a dweeb, or just shouting at someone once or twice (unless that someone was the chairman, and he called him a dweeb).

I understand that the allegations are not directly involved with football.
Someone on the forum has already mentioned bullying with the opposite sex.

Here is a snippet showing an example from the New York Times last week.
NEW YORK — The actor playing Harry Potter has been fired from the Broadway production of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” following a complaint by a co-star about his conduct.
Producers said Sunday night that, after an independent investigation of the incident, they decided to terminate the contract of James Snyder. The exact nature of his conduct was not specified. Snyder did not immediately reply to a request for comment.

I cannot see anyway back for JR. His reputation is tarnished which ever way the outcome goes.

The Board need to support Webby and get someone in to help him get this club promoted.

The board have acted in the right way, you cannot brush allegations like this under the carpet. History has taught us that it comes back and bites you.

but we'd have to still keep paying him, which would be lose/lose.

It's hard to imagine this can be patched up between the parties.

This not going to end well for JR...maybe this success has gone to his head!!!

We'll be looking for new a manager very soon.....This will not do JR's reputation any good at all

Best start..'The Next Manager' thread :D ....We'd best get talking to Pete Wild at Halifax or Daggers manager

Let's hope this doesn't derail our season now

Andy Woodman at Bromley has just turned down Gillingham

If JR is gone we need a new manager- who may or may not want to work with Webb

Good point. This is about something from Saturday or on the training pitch this morning.

Perhaps it was the final straw and the point of no return. He may have thought he could do what he wanted and was bigger than th club.
It’s a long way back up for him from here whatever happens.

At least you won't get any stick from JR now about the state of the pitch, maybe Webb will move training to Cylinders to help the pitch recover👍🤞👍

The timeline of this is confusing. Can’t have come to light until yesterday for reasons already mentioned (taking charge Saturday and signing someone Friday). If it is Whittle who was getting the b0llocking, he played the 90 at Maidenhead and came on Saturday…

I’ve no evidence to support this of course, but wonder if it’s pitch related. He’s clearly very unhappy with the ‘unacceptable’ surface in the post match interview

Very few things are Rowe”s fault if at all any, so pitch rather than picks is a good one

So if it is bullying the opposite sex. Isn't our physio female? Just thinking of what the whistler has put above who never seems to be far off the mark.

The sad thing is that the bloke has such potential and he was given a fantastic opportunity to put himself in the shop window and propel himself forward at a rate of knots.

We all assume one thing or another about what’s happened, personally I believe he has had a previous warning and this is the last straw. If that is the case he has no one to blame but himself, this could be a disaster for his career in football management, surely he’s not that arrogant that he believes this won’t affect his immediate future.

He has a partner and a young nipper, I can’t help but ask why he would knowingly put himself in this position.

Well he definitely appears to have put himself in the shop window

If the Whistler is really in the know, why bother quoting something in New York? I’m much more concerned to learn the truth about events in Sheffield Road than those in a theatre on the other side of the pond.

Because it wouldn’t be wise on many fronts to actually quote something relating to the actual issue?
