Halifax v Boreham Wood on BT for anyone at a loose end.

I'm off to the Clay Cross match instead.

Thanks for the heads up mate, didn’t realise the Halifax v Borehamwood game was on BT tonight.

Need Maidenhead to make it 3 wins in 3 against the top 3. Come on The Head!!

Expect a dogpooh set of results tonight to round off a well and truly horrendous week for us on and off the pitch

Haha well law of averages says something’s got to go right for us sooner or later this week. Besides when I pointed out after last Tuesday’s result that Halifax had to go to Maidenhead that Saturday, I was met with a response from Walton (who else? 🙄) to say that Halifax would beat them and we all know how that turned out.

So anyway Walton if you’re reading and you want to put your curse on Stockport tonight, let’s see if you can do it again

They might scrape 4 figures at Halifax tonight looking behind them. Don’t know what’s a good result in this one - a draw I guess. Presumably Notts, Wrexham and Stockport will all win to make it a miserable night. You can get better than 2/1 on those three all winning.

Bromley, Wrexham and Boreham. Wood all winning. Stockport and Notts county dropping points. Not bad so far

Nightmare scenario could happen with Boredom and Bromley being the two promoted sides this season.

That would leave a lineup next season of: Us, Stockport, Wrexham, Grimsby, Notts, Halifax, Oldham, Scunthorpe, Torquay, Yeovil, Daggers, Southend, IMO a much stronger well supported league than League 2....

Whatever's happening off the field, don't doubt the players' desire to win summat on it.

Make no mistake; they'll know they're potentially only four months from a league title medal. Okay, only the fifth division, but there're plenty of pro's who go an entire career winning nowt.

We can't control what others do, but we can control what we do. So let's get three points on Sat'di and see where we are next week...
