The first goal was a bit unlucky when a deflection left their scorer goal side (again) of Oyeleke and out of the game. Oyeleke should have fouled their man. Great strike though.

Ha. Grimes being 20 yards off their striker then running away from him and whatever that was by Weston nowt to do with it then? Awful attempt at a clearance by Grimes in the second half too, looks like he had a nightmare.

Your criticisms of Oyeleke's defensive knowhow in midfield are fair but his midfield partner isn't free from fault either. Torquay at home springs to mind when they pulled it back to 2-1, he put in another powder puff attempt at a tackle, their man waltzes round him and they score. Needs to buck his ideas up.

Oyeleke is quality when he is on it but he does look like he is playing with a knock half the time, some games he mostly jogs around and it looks like it’s because he doesn’t want to do himself a damage. He gets away with it most of the time because on the ball he is very good for this level but it does mean we lack a bit of mobility in the centre of midfield.

Also having rewatched, Weston turning round when that free kick was hit was pretty embarrassing too. Wtf was he playing at? If he starts against Aldershot I'll be watching his performance very closely.

the organisation for both highlighted free kicks was atrocious.

Perhaps Weston is a reluctant captain. Summat seemed to affect his game.

Just seen the highlights, and I'm not surprised JR resorted to 'colourful' language at times.

It shouldn't as a surprise to anyone given his history!

Weston Mandeville and Kellerman are a bit lightweight and Oyeleke isn't running on all cylinders. We are weak in midfield. Khan only one with some energy, when he's fit.

This all a bit pathetic & petty…we had gone 14 games unbeaten in the league & all of a sudden certain players aren’t good enough …FFS!

It’s a reality check that we can’t just turn up & win…let’s get over it, this game has been & gone, it’s history…let’s see how we fair on Saturday…when we’ll see a big response & everything will be rosy again.

It was a bad result but if you'd asked me at the beginning of the season if I'd have been happy with us being in this spot in mid January (second in league, 1 point behind leaders with a game in hand, only 2 losses all season) I'd have taken it in a heartbeat.

A tiny crumb of comfort... I was at Maidenhead again today and they battered Halifax, could have been three or four.
