Sure this is the right report, Rob?

I mean, the BBC story clearly focusses on only one Romainian gang after telling us other groups originate from 'the UK, Ireland and Eastern Europe' whilst the original contributor infers all are predominantly Romainian.

Similarly the BBC story makes no mention of how or when the shoplifters arrive and states, in black and white, those returning to their country of birth do so after being charged. On the other hand the original contributor suggests they come and go without facing any charges whatsoever.

Then, most noticably, the BBC story makes not a single reference to the car washes the original contributor, quite manically, claims are all part of some larger criminal conspiracy.

Obviously retail theft is a growing scourge no doubt fostered by decimated police numbers. So I hope the original contributor really is quoting an alternative investigation rather than misrepresenting a legitimate one for reasons only they can explain...

It?s not in London so all good.

Maybe the shops should have people on the tills not self service

The report I saw on the news at lunchtime showed a masked/hooded going into a shop and bowling customers and staff out of the way and then literally scooping the contents of a full shelf of high value perfume into a bag and then running out.

Absolutely Jack shi* to do with self service tills. They?re brazen, not sneaking stuff out under their jumper.

No in Beverley, East Yorks, same gang also did a shop in York exactly the same method on the same afternoon. Same story is literally being repeated again on the 10 o?clock news as I type this.

Remember the days when we'd step in front of these people and drop them, and get praised by the police.....now, we'd be the ones arrested.

Name a single time and who with? You must have so many to choose from, so name one....

And, for the record, it was CPS who was acting 'hard', so I decided to put his hardness to the test2 and offered it as a charity match.
