It’s a well known fact that having the right mental attitude in any sport is crucial.....even when we were on a good run you could still sense there was a fear of playing. Managing that is solely down to the management and they have continuously not addressed it....it’s complacent & naive
You can’t keep playing a team...chopping & changing with every single player playing with fear......not one player in the entire squad could you say looks positive & confident
There are 2 ways to address it
1: you change the management (this is not going to happen)
2: you completely overhaul the team....start afresh....move out 6 or 7 players and replace them....easily done in non league because we have no transfer window- we need hungry non league starlets, not cast offs from the league

You keep a constant back 4 & don’t change it...you have to build confidence from the back.....we have some good players..Mandeville is one of them..he needs a floating 10 role
We need a fast paced striker & we need a hard tough tackling midfielder

Sheridan and co need to take stock and fast...realise your faults...if they keep banging on about players not being good enough....MOVE THEM ON & REPLACE THEM

I don't think that the players are poor. Afterall, most of the team are what played so well for Sheridan last season. The problem falls at Sheridan's door. Get him out, most managers in this national League would jump at the chance to manage at this club and these players.
We were tipped by most pundits to be challenging this season so it's down to the management. Plain and simple.

My mate is the Hartlepool first team coach & went down to see him straight after them game when they hammered us...he said ‘why are you down the bottom with this group of players?’
Your right, most would love to manage this group of players
I like Sheridan & when he came last season, he made us look like a team full of confidence....but he’s lost the plot
