And this is why we need to up the ante with regard to getting them out of our club.

Given the club has started legal proceedings over private messages on face book, it might be worth you asking Ashley if this sets a precedent for private emails being published?
A new hope.

Moondog could you ask this question to AC?

Ashley, can you answer the question without going through Moondog?

BTW I don't want to meet you and I never will want to meet you.

@editgirl1 also covered it on twitter.

A couple of things caught my attention.
MW thinks that we're a well run professional club.
MW says JS can bring players in, by may need to move players out.

The 1st one could point to where some of the problems stem from.
The 2nd one is in direct contradiction to what DA said last Wednesday

There is nothing professional about losing money.

We then had a discussion of the finances, including an admission by Carson CFC is on course to lose another million and a half this year. There was bewildered exasperation from the floor alongside questions why it was being allowed to happen? Again? After everything that'd happened before? 'Dave Allen' was the answer that invariably came back. His club, his decisions, his money. And the Board couldn't really do anything except what they were told.

It might be his money which he is loaning the club, but it will be the club's money which will be making the repayments.

Clearly all board members are content in allowing the club's future to be put at risk. Have the board asked David why he wants the club to be run in this way, perhaps they are afraid of what the answer might be.

There are no two ways about it, a badly run business will lose money which in turn will require financial support, it is all intrinsically linked.

What about this scenario, how's does this stand.

The club goes bust, Dave still owns the stadium etc and banqueting for a few years. Wilson B own the covenant to the land.

Two years later it is a bit of a white elephant, application goes in to develop the site into either retail outlet, entertainment's complex with restaurants, Allen makes money still.

Or alternatively the stadium is converted into luxury apartments in the stands on all four sides and the football pitch remains as a community area. Used by local residents and community.

Ideal scenario would be that the supporters consortium would pick up pieces of however Dave left it, and go and find somewhere else to play.

Remember, it doesn't matter. Dave will sort it, he said so.

To be honest, it's not a valid question as going by what Les has said it's DA taking the action not the club.
