A ban for a probable assumption seems a tad unlikely

Is it realistic to think that Carson could get a ban from all football related activities due to his obvious association with his son and the very probable assumption that he was fed information?
It would be a fantastic outcome if so.

Does it though?
Is it probable that Carson, in breach of FA rules, allowed his son to be in possession, either verbal or written, who the next manager was?
If it’s probable then he’s in contravention.
