David, for the avoidance of doubt John was on the Board some seven years before Mr Allan became involved. His 3280 shares were bought, by him, in blocks before this date except the ones issued as a CFSS Life Member. He also has no debenture with the Club.

As per the accounts for year ended 30/06/14, 30/06/15 and 30/06/16, it is recorded that John Croot loaned the club £35,000. Has John had his loan repaid?

You can’t do things on the “inside” when you admit that you’re a Director who is only ever informed on “a need to know “ basis. His body language when asked about takeovers said it all. As for Biggs he obviously did his journalistic apprenticeship at Pravda.
