I took notes on the night and I'm pretty confident what I posted is correct..post #8 is what I thought was implied on the night, of course I've said elsewhere that Carson and Turner didn't seem to know who should say what, but it implies the bonus is a hell of a lot more than £25k!

The figure of £200k was also quoted by CT at a fans forum meeting, but was not to be placed in the minutes or made public.

Is anyone on here connected to PaulCook on twitter/Facebook who can ask him the question on this.
My suspicious mind thinks the actual payment might be getting deferred through third parties so only £25,000 ends up at the club
Nothing would surprise me with this shower anymore

Cook doesn't come across as a FB or Twitter kind of guy.
Show class, have pride, and display character. If you do, winning takes care of itself.

You think Paul Cook does Twitter or Facebook! He doesn't want to do interviews let alone social media.

I'm pretty sure he would and pretty sure after a few pints he would gladly advise.
Can Phil Tooley ring and ask him or anyone that does twitter can they post a question to Portsmouth twitter account, not sure how twitter works personally

Cook burped in his post match player interview tonight. He admitted he'd already started celebrating and he was going back in for more.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

There's no point asking Portsmouth as there won't be an answer. There are enough people still friendly with Cook to get his comment should it do us any good to know.

From the link I've posted the top table said the bonus was £200k although they didn't know their ass from their elbow, certainly way way more than 25k.

How about providing documentary evidence of the agreed figure then ?

Oh! Let me guess the answer "It's a confidential agreement between the two clubs and can't be disclosed".

Rather than claim and counter claim why not just show the highlighted version of the contracted deal to prove thus or otherwise?

So AC has confirmed that a senior club official has provided shareholders with false information at the AGM, he needs to be clear what he is admitting to here.

So it was the former CEO rather than the then Chairman stating the two hundred grand figure?

Okay, fair enough, I stand corrected; but why didn't Carson or Allen - who I'm guessing were both present - correct his claim?

Why has a supposed lie been allowed to stand for two years?

Infact why has it taken until Pompey actually going up and Town fans asking what'll happen to the cash for Carson to clarify?
Never underestimate the stupidity of people

It's b..ollux mate, at the last AGM I asked why Turner wasn't present being as he was, at the time the AGM covered, CEO, and had links during the last financial year to the DC and was integral to the questions to be asked that night. The..erm Chair..replied that Turner was away on buisness down South ( as far away as possible I replied) in his new role as DoF, only for AC to later reveal on social media later thathe'd told him to stay away because his new position deemed his presence irrelevant. They will say what they want, when they want..they simply aren't to be trusted. They disgust me and I pray for the day the disappear from the face of Chesterfield FC.

It's simple, those who run our club simply stumble from one disaster to another.

Utterly shambolic & entirely predictable.

Carson is saying Turner outright lied on a point of fact at the AGM basically.
