That will be the CEO who was in the job for over 5 years and enjoyed the full support of DA & AC.

What a good job the owner acted swiftly to rectify such a major mistake........oh, wait....

Moreover, wonder if Carson has breached a non disclosure/ compromise agreement here?

Carson now taking about the ccj relating to the development school. The head office of the school was put down as the football club.

That information has been in the public domain since the CFCFDC was founded. Anyone who had "been there since day 1" would have known that, and would have been able to do something about it, if they felt like it.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

Let's be clear, Blacks know who CFCFDS are, they were a supplier to that business, a sponsor of that business and a creditor of that business, why therefore would they decide to pursue the football club for an outstanding debt? More to the point, why did the club ignore the correspondence from Blacks & the Court prior to the hearing?

Good valid points, a CCJ is against a company not an address

Correct and as someone who knows a bit about this sort of stuff CCJs don't just happen and it's very rare for one to be lodged incorrectly. To quote my 18 year old daughter he is 'chatting sh.i.t'' !!

If he goes for a popularity vote by lowering ST prices, it will take the club years to recover.

100% agree. That could be the biggest nail in the coffin.

Wonder if ST sales are linked to the asking price going down to £5m?

Ive heard of deals being done in the VP Lounge which, if true and word gets out, would make what I pay in the Lounge daylight robbery.

"Suggestions on different proposals for season tickets. All we be considered by Carson"

Translation: Can anyone come and do my job, please? And he has the cheek to say that CT was a mistake... he was, but pot/kettle and all that...
