the match was still lost but I thought the lbw decision on Lamb when he was on 99 was an absolute shocker
He had advanced down the wicket and the ball also looked to be sliding down the legside apart from that I suppose it looked out lol
Thats two matches played and we still do not look as though we can take wickets or score enough runs

The weather might actually help Derbyshire because they'll probably get 3 hours play on Saturday and then the bowlers can return refreshed on Sunday to finish the job off.

Over 200 ahead with the weather forecast it needs to be an hours slog then declare if we aren't all out and the bowlers get stock into them...

Derbyshire 2nd X1 played Lancashire 2nd X1 in 2 t20 matches at Old Trafford yesterday both teams playing first team squad players
We won the first match and lost the second but scored over 200 in both matches
the big blast opens on saturday with derbyshire playing Lancashire in the first match and it got me thinking would we have played Dorking in a so called reserve match with the first team squad 2 days before the first match of last season?
