If you didn't get your papers let AC know in case there is an error on the records.

Have done on several occasions Pete but despite assurances they've amended my address I still don't get sent copies of the accounts etc. Unfortunately I think the admin side is in a similar state to some of the other aspects of the club. Wonder if CT lends a hand every now and again if at a loose end once the colouring books are filled in......

I would have thought attending the AGM of the company that employs you would come under work commitments.

I would suspect he has been told by AC that he is not required to attend.

Folks can't fire questions at him if he's not there.

What work commitment does he have? I thought he was employed full time by the club?

CT must have a very full and busy diary to have something work related that long ago that meant he couldn't cancel or rearrange to attend an important AGM
I imagine any questions on the DC will be deflected as no one in attendance to answer questions

Below comments from and credit of Graham Smyth (Derbyshire Times) twitter.....

Carson said they had another enquiry over a takeover yesterday. They've had a few. But all have fallen at stage of proof of funding.

Q: How much longer can this (financial deterioration) continue? Warner: Not much longer. Matters have got to be rectified #Spireites

Mike Warner: Dave Allen doesn't have any influence. He has no involvement whatsoever

Shareholder suggests that if CFC was one of Allen's casino, the debts wouldn't have been allowed to accumulate. 'It would have been sorted.'

Carson confirms they had a bid of 800k for Gboly Ariyibi in the summer. Dave Allen said 'no, we'll get more money for him at Christmas.'

Carson: That was a bad business decision.

Above is from Graham Smyth twitter account (Derbyshire Times Reporter).

Carson on Development Centre...'it's a complete disaster. Did Liam Sutcliffe take money off parents without booking the trip? Yes.'

The CFC Development Centre (Sutcliffe's venture) went into admin on Friday says Carson.

Above is from Graham Smyth twitter account (Derbyshire Times Reporter).

I suspect they more likely fell at the "I want £15 million" stage.
