If the £500k figure is true, do you think they may try and loan it secured against Evans and Ariyibi being saleable assets in January to pay it back?

Will you get a good fee for them now everyone knows you're in the doo-doo though? It certainly helps the buying clubs negotiating position rather than yours.

Can't secure it against a player. What if he breaks a leg etc.?

I'm hindsight should we have taken the £300k for Gboly? Covers about half of what is needed for a month... dear Lord.

Time for a pre Christmas sale in the club shop, not time for making large profits, just release some cash against the stock!

Secure was a bad word to use really, as I thought the exact same thing after writing that!

But with those two players in particular being your only possible source of sizable income, this required 500k seems to be required a month too soon if you're to carry on and give yourself a fighting chance.

There's 5 weeks to Christmas, I don't understand why we need 100k/week just to survive. Aren't these people business men? The club made a small profit last year so why is the extra cash needed? Something doesn't add up

No one to blame but Dave Allen. His over spending is to blame, clubs going down the drain. Unfortunately his ego comes first, swear the bloke models himself on Napoleon..

Players that the club couldn't afford. The bloke practically wanted to sleep with Dean Saunders. Deluded

Whether the cash has materialised or not I don't know.

It is when you see how often he's in the bookies.

I dunno, maybe he's sh*t hot at it but I doubt it.

And that's the million dollar question for me.. I don't know how much revenue has increased since Saltergate, but with doubled crowds, in house catering, corporate facilities. .. match day income surely doubled, perhaps trebled?
Granted we pay better wages.. but it can't be down to paying silly wages can it?

Where have we been leaking cash?

And the rest I'd suggest.

I thought it was being conservative.
And not even mentioned revenue from player sales, promotions and two Wembley finals.

Please someone tell me... what the hell kind of business model has led us to this?

agree, can't imagine we'll get a straight answer to this, and then there's the 3million pounds worth of player sales in the last 2 years,
