Only slightly but yes- but not as a wing back.
As for your second part of your post, read the OP and other replies :-)

I've read them all i can't see any which suggest we could afford or would want to pay his current wage so you have lost me?

just watching motd, noticed that darikwa is not even on bench, dyche at old Trafford, what a memory that bring back btw. could our ex-captain do us a massive favour and send tendayi back in January, how much could we do with that type of energy from full back?

Never in a month of Sunday's would TD even contemplate coming back here on loan.

Not a cat in hells chance.

Given our current position and all that's going on any player would have to be absolutely desperate to want to come to CFC.

Slightly bored now, so let me draw a line under this.

I've suggested that Tendi is on big money. It's a fair bet he is.

Our club couldn't afford to pay his wages/a percentage of his wages cos apparently we are skint ( couldn't sign a 35 year old GTF)

If nobody has said anything regarding wages and budget, fair enough, I thought they had in around about way ( 4th post in by AIAS). If that's not the case, my humblest apologies.
Obviously, your a Tendi fan. I'm not and pointed out why I'm not. We are entitled to our opinions.

I never thought he was worth the money he went for but I thought your suggestion he wouldn't improve us or that we shouldn't have him, if he was available, was just plain ludicrous. Nothing more nothing less.

Hardly ludicrous. As I've said (eventually) defensively slightly yes but attacking wise not IMO.
Ludicrous would be insisting that King Jack comes out of retirement to spearhead our survival push

When Tendayi was here he "owned" the right hand side of the pitch, always in space to receive a pass as an outlet, willing to go forward and get back to defend.

Now, the same part of the pitch is an open invitation to the opposition who are only troubled if, and when, Gboly goes on a mazy run.

As you say Goku - toughie?????

Most players can beat their man, it's the final ball into the danger area.
Gbolly now and again beats his man, gets tackled in dangerous positions and final ball gash
Tendi can beat his man, has speed to get back and defend but final ball gash
O'neil gash
Graham steady from what I've seen (international player too) but no wing back

So in my final installment, as I've already explained, we would be slightly better off defensively with Tendi as he can defend and the do wing play, but would not be worth the wages as his final ball isn't better than what we have.

I'd put LG in and look at changing Gbolly

You've missed one thing out though haven't you?

Under PC's system men were not committed to get into the penalty area in numbers thus making it difficult to pick one man out against four defenders with a cross. PC played possession football with the ball going left to right and back again in front of the penalty area, pass, pass, pass, and Tendayi was as good as anybody in that system.

For the record, though, I think Tendayi was a lot better player than you are giving him credit for.
