'Haha if you saw the players "training" down at the gym you'd see why they're Bunkum, they haven't got a clue, they just mince about on the machines and do loads of daft pointless exercises, I should video them really, it's comedy gold... '

From a bystander or someone who knows what they may be watching?
All depends what the 'pointless' exercise was I guess and who was doing it?!

From all the goals he scored for us, I don't think he ever went overboard with a celebration did he? Normally a slight jog towards a corner with the right arm raised.

Two poor teams. Gardener hit the post and we held the ball and passed very well in the first half but creating chances was always a problem. Charlton also hit the post (Ajose,) thanks to Fulton narrowing the angle. The first half resembled a low key practice passing game.
The second half. Charlton upped the tempo, the fans got behind them and, for fifteen minutes, it looked like we were going to be overwhelmed but we kept calm and passed our way out of trouble holding onto the ball for the next five minutes or so but rarely getting in their penalty area. Charlton came again for another spell and again we took control holding on to the ball. A draw seemed a good bet.
We defended from the half way line, rarely in their half, preferring to let them have the ball. What few attacking positions we got into never came to much. Then Charlton missed a simple header that should have been 2-0.
A failure to track Novak (87min) gave him a free header and all our good work was down the drain.
Our possession had been good and we didn't look like a relegation side today.
Graham looked like a mature player. Dan Gardner had a good game as well and was making a difference. Ched never had a sniff. Aribyi, still no end game. Evatt was solid and I think I prefer him to Anderson
reading this you obviously went, ok, we lost so the answer to my upcoming questions may be futile but i'll ask anyway?
did the 3 at the back work?
did evo make a difference?
despite the result should we stick with this or scrap it?

I thought Evo was our man of the match
Evans and boly up front were toothless and well off the pace, things will need to improve to get decent money for either of them

True.
Not sure who it was, a regular gym attendee i presume, but could well be talking bunkum. Though it's clear we've got a fitness problem, and presumably that is not unrelated to injury problems.
Word to the wise three wise monkeys, when you have a fitness coach who is producing a fit team who rarely suffer injuries, and seem to have a great team spirit... DON'T GET RID OF HIM!

Liddle was pretty anonymous, as he is in midfield, he made one good clearance but apart from that I can't remember him doing anything! Having said that we were fairly comfortable until they scored but that was the worry the whole game. You might expect to concede at least one away but we didn't look like we would score.

Although injuries were a real problem under the Sheridan and Cookie days as well.
The whole bring back 'Shinner' thing is a bit cringeworthy though.

One of our defenders anonymous? That sounds good, still a dim light flickering in CFC towers then

I thought Cook was extremely lucky with injuries, especially given the size of squad

You don't really get lucky but get ur point.
They had a spare of soft tissues (primarily hamstring strains- 5 I believe at one point)- Shane Nicholson became the scapegoat I think for that at the time?
Did too much boxing at one point and a couple of players sought some extra training outside of the club as felt they weren't progressing at the club in that department (Morsy one of them).

Well since you asked so nicely.... Both looked useful without being spectacular. Probably didnt get forward as much as i would have liked but it made us quite solid in defence.
