Yes, that’s right. Both have been removed because of their long-term injuries.

Thanks, Greenie.

As such then, we have now got 2 places available. One of which will be taken up by MacFadzean. Not sure if we have anybody else on the books who might take up the 2nd place though unless by some miracle Dunkley becomes available.

Also, did not Cook suggest that Sparkes is out for the season too. If so, will that free up yet another space?

I thought it might have been Webb saying a month from when he was injured

Kind of makes a mockery of the squad list in he first place?

What's to stop any team claiming players X/Y/Z are injured and then replace them in the squad??

I'm not complaining, does us a huge favour really, but I don't really see the point if you're allowed to swap players at will?

It's all pretty pointless really. What is it supposed to achieve precisely?

At one stage it looked to me like the challenge was going to go unpunished by the referee, much to my annoyance at the time. It deserved a card and having now had the benefit of seeing a replay, the fourth official got it spot on (thanks to a bit of guidance from Banksy). Had Banksy not made the point to the fourth official, I wonder whether or not he would have gone out of his way to inform the linesman/referee.

Hughes can have no complaints.

Fleck was straight in the refs ear as well as the ref walked over to the incident. I think the ref was always producing a card but the 4th official was quick to make it clear what he had seen so the ref didnt rush into anything.

At one point the 4th official walked all the way down the line to talk to the linesman, who was in line with the penalty area. Can't remember whether it was all part of the same incident.

Yes it was mate. I think that the forth official was having difficulty communicating with his on colleagues, so he went chasing after the linesman to relay his observations to the referee.

No it was when Glyn Hodges was earning his money by having a rant over nowt at the 4th offical, which appeared to be his sole purpose in the game. He obviously said someat untoward earning the 4th officals wrath. The 4th offical appeared to then have trouble with his comms so nipped and had a word with the assistant who then spoke to the ref, initiating the on pitch conference betwean ref and 4th.

I don't think they made a time allowance for this thankfully
